Now if this is your first time to run a half Marathon or your 100th, if you are like me you get nervous. I don’t know why – but I do. And what you have to do, is find your Runner’s Mindset to get you back on focus so that you can finish strong. We do not want the Balloon Ladies… right?
So, now everyone has to find their own way of getting the Runner’s Mindset, but I am going to share mine with you – and hopefully it will get you to thinking about yours!
The idea behind being focus and being ready, is being prepared the night before.
1. Lay out what you are going to wear
2. Set out what you are carrying with you
3. Pack your Check-in Bag
4. Charge everything
5. Plan for Breakfast
6. Be Out at the Bus Stop Early
7. Last Minute Fixes
8. Set your Alarm
The more your get off your mind the night before, the better rested you will feel, and the easier it will be to find your Runner’s Mindset!
