Not So Sugary, Easy Spring Cupcakes - You Will Want to Guard!
Those wonderfully juicy Louisiana Strawberries started showing up on the roadsides! So, it was time to dig up my busy-mom version of Strawberry Cupcakes with Strawberry Glaze.This is a simple project for the whole family. And by using fresh strawberries, you add a tartness to the cake and glaze that make these cupcakes worth guarding!
I added fan favorite products found in my pantry to the strawberries to make these cupcakes!

ingredients
Cake
Duncan Hines® French Vanilla Cake Mix
3 Eggs
8 oz whipped cream cheese 12 to 15 fresh strawberries thinly sliced 1 tsp vanilla extract |
Glaze
4 oz whipped cream cheese
1/2 box powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract 6 ripe strawberries thinly sliced | ||
Instructions
1.Add all cake ingredients into a large mixer bowl and combine on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
4.Bake for 17 minutes or until done. Begin mixing the glaze. Blend all glaze ingredients until smooth, and store in the fridge until the cupcakes are completely cool.
5. The glaze is thin and smooth, just a little goes a long way! Enjoy!
