You have your TuTu on, your Tiara, and your nice pretty Princess Gloves! The last thing you want to do is to have something happen in a Porta Pottie: there isn't a lot of room in there and it's gross!
Half Marathon
The Magic Kingdom
Access to the bathrooms along Main Street may be blocked off: They usually have the street lined with barricades for cheering crowds. So, keep moving... your first and best stop along the race route inside Magic Kingdom will be in FantasyLand by the Cheshire Cafe, #63 on the map.
Next up will be the bathrooms by Gaston's Tavern, #62 on the map, then Pinocchio Village Haus, #57 on the map.
You can keep going along the race route to Frontierland as you exit out by Splash Mountain and the WDW Railroad, #25 on the map. This will be your last stop heading to Epcot! It's another 5 miles back to Epcot along World Drive.
Once you reach Epcot, you are almost done with your amazing accomplishment! Still need a potty? There will be 3 chances during this quick trip in and out of Epcot: one on either side of the Ball at #1 on the map and one as you exit the park.
The 5K and 10K
These two races are through Epcot and you have lots of options for Bathrooms! The World Showcase
First Available Stop: Norway.
Always have a backup stop plan if the bathrooms you want have a long line. If you can wait, the further in Epcot you go, the less traffic you will have.
Available Stops: Germany, American Adventure, Morocco, United Kingdom and Canada.

I usually only stop once, and I always plan on the Magic Kingdom. However, you never know what will happen race day, and it is always best to be prepared! If you don't want to use a porta pottie, knowing where the bathrooms are will help as the excitement of the race overtakes you!
Tip: Be prepared to use a porta pottie anyway. Put a handi-wipe in your running belt and a couple of sheets of tissue. I've had the unfortunate opportunity to use a pottie on a runDisney race where both were not available.
Do you stop in Epcot or Magic Kingdom for bathrooms? Where is your best suggestion?
